Chinatown

In Chinatown I had a great time. One of the awesome things I saw was a chinese chess set. The pieces were very detailed, they were beautiful. The pieces looked like what it would be in real life. For example the knight looked like a horse. I wish I had gotten one.

       Another thing that was awesome was the guy in the santa hat playing a chinese instrument, an urshu. It sounded a lot like a violin, but louder. It had only two strings and had a big opening for the sound to come out. I'm sad that we didn't get to go into the Clarion music store because there must've been other cool instruments.

        I had a great time with my friends!(Tristan photo bombing us in the background. Also Kate has a thinking face on.)
